We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's major-franchised operations in a thriving dealership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to customers
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Service Advisor in a similar dealership environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and proficiency in dealership management systems
