Key Responsibilities

  • Mergers and acquisitions;
  • Contract preparation & review;
  • Capital raising & Finance;
  • Business partner disputes;
  • Franchising;
  • Shareholder agreements;
  • Transactions (sale of business or assets).

Requirements

  • Worked exclusively in commercial law (minimum 2 years relevant commercial law experience up to 3 years PAE) within a recognized law practice or team of a larger firm;
  • Be a self-starter with an inclusive, pro-active team approach;
  • Highly developed communication skills (at all levels) with a strong focus on client service;
  • Ability to effectively manage a busy caseload and competing priorities; and
  • Eager to share knowledge, building your career & contributing to practice development.
