About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee implementations and consultative engagements for our Information Protection Platform, ensuring seamless delivery and customer success. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with clients to develop data protection strategies, mapping technology to organizational processes and resources.

This is a critical and visible role that requires confidence in working with technical resources, analysts, project sponsors, and executive levels to provide excellent service delivery and communication. You will be responsible for developing new services, implementing best practices, and assisting in customer escalations as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years consulting experience in Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security or Cloud Security
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH WINDOWS SERVER + WEB INFRASTRUCTURE (IIS, MS SQL)
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH LINUX INFRASTRUCTURE
  • PREFERRED BACKGROUND WITH MICROSOFT OR SYMANTEC DLP
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining consulting best practices
