Quality Assurance Lead

Riot Games is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality in our games.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to improve the overall quality of our games
  • Lead a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure timely and effective testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize quality issues
  • Experience with quality management tools such as Jira and Perforce
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of game development and testing
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience with build pipelines and workflows, and ability to work with build tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience with scripting languages such as C# and ability to write scripts to automate testing and quality assurance tasks
