Disability Support Worker

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to individuals with varying levels of disability.
  • You will assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, shopping and cooking, and support clients to achieve personal goals and independence.
  • Working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends; night shifts may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to support clients with varying levels of disability.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, shopping, and cooking as required.
  • Support clients to achieve personal goals and independence.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with disabilities (mental and physical).
  • An empathy and caring attitude.
  • A valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Relevant qualifications are favourable; training will be provided for the right candidate in-house.
