The Head of Brand Experience plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by elevating brand awareness, deepening customer connections and fuelling acquisition through experiential marketing.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, planning and executing large-scale campaigns, activations, events and internal culture moments.
With a relentless focus on creativity, community and storytelling, this role champions innovation, cross-functional collaboration and consistency in every experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a comprehensive brand experience strategy aligned to commercial, marketing and customer goals
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale consumer, corporate and cultural events from festivals and retail openings to industry and internal culture moments
- Create best-in-class experiences integrating seamlessly across physical, digital and social platforms including influencer, CRM and media activations
- Champion creativity, storytelling and cultural relevance leveraging global trends, customer insights and emerging technologies
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team fostering collaboration, innovation and excellence across every project
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring bold, ownable ideas to life
- Manage resources with commercial discipline ensuring every event delivers measurable business impact, brand love and ROI
- Represent the organization internally and externally with confidence, passion and vision shaping our reputation as a cultural and experiential leader
Requirements:
- Proven commercial acumen and extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel brand experiences
- Ability to balance insights, trends and customer behaviour with strategic foresight
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
- Skilled in integrating digital, social and physical experiences to maximise reach and engagement
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders providing strategic recommendations
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity and global experiential best practices
- Exceptional strategic thinking and creativity underpinned by a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning and cultural trends
