The Position
- Utilize a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
- Efficiency, speed and high-quality results are essential, along with the ability to set, adjust and correct machine and grinder settings.
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily shutdown of equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for success.
- Experience in producing high-quality consistent coffees with speed and efficiency is required.
- Barista Qualifications are mandatory for this position.
- Currently hold or willing to obtain necessary certifications such as a National Police check, Working with children's check and an RSA.
