Landscaping Opportunities

As a seasoned professional, you will work closely with the Design Manager to create and deliver exceptional landscape projects.

You will play a pivotal role in taking landscape initiatives from concept development through to construction, including residential subdivisions and display homes in Sydney, Hunter, and Shoalhaven regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop residential landscape plans for council approval, client endorsement, and construction
  • Prepare landscape plan amendments and updates as required by clients, stakeholders, councils, and developers
  • Support, coordinate, and liaise with internal departments to deliver projects and resolve project-based issues
  • Coordinate and review design work prepared by external consultants
  • Assist with the procurement and delivery of landscaping across our estates
  • Contribute to managing the landscape maintenance program across our display homes in NSW
  • Coordinate documentation and master-planning landscape requirements for various sized projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Landscape Design or Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in Australia as a landscape designer/architect
  • Experience specializing in residential landscape design
  • Proficient understanding of NSW Council development processes and CDC requirements
  • Proficient plant and horticultural knowledge
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD
  • Working knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW planning framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
