Job Overview

This position is ideal for an experienced travel expert looking to work in a dynamic environment.

You will handle travel requests for busy corporate clients, utilizing your knowledge of global distribution systems to make reservations and book flights, hotels, car hire, and accommodate special requests for both domestic and international destinations.

As a key member of our team, you will manage telephone and email inquiries efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

  • (Handle travel requests for busy corporate clients)
  • Utilize GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to make reservations
  • Book flights, hotels, car hire, and accommodate special requests for both domestic and international destinations
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries efficiently
  • Group travel experience is a plus

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of airfares and ticketing, extensive experience with GDS systems, and self-ticketing skills are highly desirable.

  • Previous experience in corporate travel or retail travel agencies
  • Group travel expertise is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of airfares and ticketing
