Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery at customer sites.

Your primary focus will be on scheduled servicing and repair of our equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to customers.

About You
  • You have experience as a multi-axis CNC woodworking machinery Service Engineer/Technician or hold equivalent qualifications with electrical/mechanical trade skills.
  • You possess excellent customer relationship skills, a willingness to travel, and solid computer skills.
  • You can work independently and efficiently, with a solution-oriented approach in challenging situations.
The Role
  1. Scheduled Servicing and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues with our machinery at customer sites.
  2. Technical Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  3. Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on the use and upkeep of our machinery.
  4. Installation: Install new equipment at customer sites, including standalone and integrated systems.
  5. Remote Support: Offer remote assistance to customers during regular business hours.
