Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team at Busways Group.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, including Euro 5 & 6 technologies. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning all surfaces prior to paint application, removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels, and maintaining spray-painting equipment and tools provided by the Company.

• Undertake preparation and cleaning of all surfaces prior to any paint application taking place.
• Remove, repair and replace allocated panels that are damaged.
• Maintain all spray-painting equipment and tools provided by the Company.
• Provide body structural, accident damage and associated repairs, service and maintenance to vehicles as required.
• Manufacture, service and fit vehicle components constructed from materials such as aluminium, timber, steel, stainless steel, glass, fiberglass, sealing and bonding materials.

• Relevant trade qualifications - MVTC (essential).
• Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate satisfactory level of skills relative to a spray-painting role.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ensure adherence and understanding to WHS regulations and relevant company policies.

• Earning Potential: $90,000 - $115,000+ per year, depending on skills and experience.
