Job Description: Manager, Leadership Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership at RMIT University. As Manager, Leadership Development, you will design and deliver innovative initiatives that uplift leadership capability, enhance culture, and improve the employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will collaborate with leaders at all levels, from emerging talents to executives, helping them grow in line with RMIT's newly created Leadership Model.
  2. You will design and deliver engaging leadership initiatives that make a real impact — driven by research, data, and evidence-based practices.
  3. You will facilitate empowering learning experiences through dynamic, inclusive approaches in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
  4. You will act as a trusted partner, providing strategic consultancy to RMIT stakeholders while championing leadership behaviours that inspire teams.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements.
