We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Carpenter. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for various tasks including setting up survey points, using equipment to set elevations, building or assembling forms for concrete, conducting concrete pours, and post-build activities such as installing envelope systems and interior finishes.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires strong physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • You will work closely with our experienced team members to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • As a Carpenter, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of construction, including building science, wood frame construction, and finishing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe work practices and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Tools and equipment management, including survey instruments and access, rigging, and hoisting equipment.
  • Site layout and quality control to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal Carpenter or Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of construction trades, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
