Job Description

The Personal Assistant role is focused on providing exceptional administrative support to three senior leaders: Head of Investments Research, Head of Trustee Services, and Head of Practice Management and Enablement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email management, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring that leaders are well-prepared for discussions.
  • Managing workload and ensuring that leaders meet deadlines.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, pre-reading papers, and action item tracking.
  • Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
  • Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
  • High levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, initiative, and planning.
  • Outstanding diary management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Proactive approach to issue management on behalf of the team.
  • Excellent people management skills, including interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Your ability to work collaboratively with the team, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities will be essential to your success in this role.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
