Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at the Alcoa Pinjarra Refinery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of electrical tradespeople to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

• Develop and implement effective electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical tradespeople to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles
• Collaborate with other maintenance disciplines to ensure a cohesive and effective maintenance strategy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation

• A trade qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
