
Care Manager

This is a senior-level care leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and leadership.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Induct, train and support staff to meet their job requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to complete compliance audits.
- Lead the team and provide management to achieve excellence in clinical and dementia care.
- Monitor absence and control sickness according to company policy guidelines.
- Support formal supervision and informal assessments of staff performance.
- Pursuing or holding a Leadership and Management Award (Level 5) qualification.
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with residents and staff.
- Able to participate as duty on call when required.
- Adequate staff cover is essential for this role.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with residents.
- Strong leadership and motivation skills are necessary for this position.
- Able to make sound decisions that benefit the team and residents.
