Early Childhood Support Specialist

As an Early Childhood Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every child receives the support and care they need to thrive. This role requires someone who is energetic, fun, and committed to supporting and guiding children's learning and development. If you have a Certificate III in early childhood or equivalent, and possess current paid or Exemption Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, we want to hear from you Whether you are an experienced early childhood professional or just starting out, this role offers the perfect chance to build your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of children.

We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays, and some pupil-free days. Our four kindy groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year, with each group led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. The maximum group size is 22 children, providing a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
