
Strategic Planning Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide high-level operational planning and project management support to ensure organisational alignment.
- Develop and coordinate the 3-year organisational strategy, action plans and measurement frameworks with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define, prioritise, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives that drive organisational priorities and align to strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and incorporate diverse perspectives into strategy development and planning processes.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Planning Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the organisation's leadership team. This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to the executive team on organisational performance and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, executives and external partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans and projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to various audiences.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management and stakeholder engagement.
Additionally, you will need to have:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
