We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Capalaba.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and experienced team of educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children.


Key Responsibilities


The successful applicant will be responsible for:



  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
  • Observing and informing the development of educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the care of the centre

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current QLD Working with Children Check
