Primary Inclusion Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher to join our inclusive education team. The successful applicant will support students identified under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs for students with diverse needs, focusing on inclusive practices and strategies to support students with varying abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements, ensuring comprehensive support for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide holistic support for students and foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students' educational needs.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching qualification and current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers is essential.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those identified under the NDIS, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practices, strategies, and assessment tools is required to support students with varying abilities.
