The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership position in our Wetherill Park store, responsible for driving sales, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Monitor store sales, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Effectively manage wage costs, adhere to rostering standards, and ensure efficient OH&S management.
- Coach and mentor team members to maintain high morale, encourage individual development, and ensure training and succession plans are in place.
- Enjoy 40% off Accent Group brands, including Skechers, Hype DC, and Platypus.
- Work a Sunday-Thursday roster, with two consecutive days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
