Outside School Hours Care Program Leader

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service at Helensvale.
This is a full-time opportunity to work with a passionate team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that promote learning, socialisation, and fun for children.
You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the service, coordinate staffing and rostering, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about working with children and has excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and be able to design engaging and inclusive programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with families, schools, and other community organisations to provide a comprehensive support network for children and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality programs that promote learning and socialisation for children;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision and coordination;

Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role in a similar setting;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Strong understanding of child development principles;
- Ability to design and implement engaging and inclusive programs;
