About the Role

We are seeking a strategic cyber security professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive enterprise protection by identifying and mitigating threats and risks.

  • Develop and implement proactive risk-based controls and continuous improvements to safeguard our operations.
  • Built strong governance by developing and maturing processes that ensure operational security activities are performed, measured and managed effectively.
  • Partner across the business by collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and service providers to deliver outcomes.
  • Lead and uplift execution by overseeing our analyst capability and guiding day-to-day operational priorities to keep the environment safe and resilient.
  • Advance our maturity by contributing to programs that strengthen our posture against recognised frameworks and improve cyber risk management.

About You

You must be a hands-on security leader who can transition between strategy and execution seamlessly.

Key qualifications include:

  • Deep experience across enterprise cyber security, including threat identification, control design/implementation, and operational governance.
  • Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and teams, with a practical, outcome-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and operational environments; certifications like CISSP/CISM are highly regarded.
