The Role:

As a trainee with the Reece Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, gaining valuable skills and experience in the supply chain operations industry. You will be partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to complete a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, which will involve working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This role is ideal for students who are looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a real-world setting. You will be responsible for:

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard
