We are a leading vacation ownership company that puts the world on vacation. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

As a Guest Experience Host at Travel + Leisure Co., you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and completing all department-related paperwork.

This role requires a customer-obsessed individual with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a strong ability to communicate effectively with guests.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and growth are always present. You will have the opportunity to learn something new every day and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will also be responsible for using communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers. If you love meeting new people and have an enthusiastic approach to delivering excellent customer service, this may be the perfect role for you.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
