Job Title: Strategic Learning Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People and Capability, you will be responsible for delivering leadership capability training programs and practice solutions across the organization. Your desire to be part of a driven, supportive, and consultative environment, along with the following experience, will ensure you thrive in executing the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the People team on significant projects and initiatives that build and strengthen workforce capacity and capability.
  • Establish key learning paths and programs that support a performance and outcomes-focused culture.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders on key training initiatives, programs, and projects.
  • Manage the execution of deliverables across organizational learning and development activities, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to and/or lead the implementation of identified organizational culture and engagement initiatives and strategies.
  • Provide high-level leadership and mentoring to the broader People and Capability team and internal facilitators.
  • Oversee the establishment and ongoing delivery of a suite of high-quality learning programs that reflect the organizational needs, culture, and diversity.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Organizational Development or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience using LMS 360 (highly desirable).
  • Significant and advanced background and broad understanding of contemporary learning and development practices in areas including leadership, performance, and capability development.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of an organization to promote a learning and development culture.
  • Experience in change/project management with a particular focus on leading change through training and competency development solutions.
  • Demonstrated influencing skills, including engaging a variety of stakeholders.

This is a full-time position with a focus on organizational development and learning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and organizational development, with experience in leading change and promoting a learning culture.
