The role of a Practice Team Leader is crucial in delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health support. This position requires a compassionate leader who can guide a multidisciplinary team in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of professionals in mental health support.
- Champion a team culture that prioritizes trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service, ensuring effective use of tools and assessments for mental health support.
- Sustain high-quality services to guests by supporting effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop strong relationships across Communify and partner organisations to foster a culture of cooperation.
- Contribute to service quality through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and accountability measures to ensure transparency and trust.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health, accompanied by relevant registration.
- Relevant experience in mental health leadership and supervision.
- Ability to deliver participant support and promote inclusive practices.
- Strong team player with experience working in multidisciplinary environments.
- A current open QLD driver's license.
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
