Business Advisory Specialist

As a professional in Tax and Business Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and providing high-quality tax, compliance, and strategic advice to private clients, SMEs, and startups.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly report to senior management and oversee the workflow of junior accountants.
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
- Manage statutory compliance, including BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted liaison services.
This is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work closely with senior management in a collaborative environment. If you have experience in tax and/or business advisory and are confident in your communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.
Requirements:- 5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory.
- Confident communicator and trusted client liaison.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable).
- SMSF knowledge (desirable).
