Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance Professional

This role is a key part of our Risk Management framework, focusing on compliance risk management and regulatory breach reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and management of Incident and Breach Management frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes to manage compliance risks.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of incidents to support regulatory breach assessment processes.
  • Present compliance assessments to relevant stakeholders and forums as required.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to key stakeholders on incidents and breaches.
  • Monitor and review compliance with relevant policies.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance colleagues across the business.
Reporting and Process:
  • Prepare professional reports for senior management and Boards.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues to drive alignment and consistent implementation of risk and compliance framework accountabilities.
Strategy & Development:
  • Contribute to the priorities and work plans for the Risk & Compliance function.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and consider their impact on the risk and compliance environment.
Requirements:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualifications are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role or compliance role within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
