Job Opportunity

This is a 6-month contract position for an Automotive Contracts Specialist within the industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Action contracts using templates
  • Manage B2B and B2C arrangements
  • Communicate with dealerships regarding contract details and claims
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain effective communication with internal staff and dealerships
  • Provide light invoicing duties, including a backlog of invoices
  • Improve processes and suggest workflow enhancements
Necessary Qualifications
  • Background in Automotive, Contract Administration, or Finance
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Advanced Excel skills, with testing during the interview process
Working Conditions
  • Multigrave location with onsite parking available
  • Hybrid working model after training, with two days from home
  • Immediate start or short notice period required
  • Owning a vehicle necessary due to remote location
