SAP Solutions Expert

As a key team member, you will lead and design innovative SAP solutions for large-scale public sector ERP transformation projects.

  • Collaborate with technical, business, and project teams to optimize time management processes for complex workforces.
  • Lead end-to-end design, build, and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA integrations.
  • Drive system discussions and customizations, supporting Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and Fiori apps, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Payroll and Success Factors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience across SAP, particularly HCM Time and Leave on the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
  • Expert in end-to-end implementation, migrations, and optimization of SAP Time Management (CATS, S/4 HANA).
  • Familiarity with BTP Services, Cloud ALM, Fiori, and modern ERP ecosystems.

Prior Experience and Skills Required:

  • A strong background in SAP HCM, CATS, and Time Management.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, implementing, configuring, and optimizing its functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and test complex SAP Time Management solutions.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
