Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in monitoring business performance across multiple departments, ensuring teams are aligned with company goals and delivering measurable results.

You will lead performance reviews, track key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analysing daily reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments
  • Partnering with senior leaders to align performance metrics with strategic objectives
  • Analysing operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Leading regular performance reviews, facilitating planning sessions, and implementing improvement initiatives
  • Investigating root causes of underperformance and implementing solutions to resolve issues
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
  • Analysing and reporting on performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support better business decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a performance management, business analysis, or continuous improvement role
  • A strong understanding of KPIs, performance frameworks, and cross-functional operations
  • Skill in data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
  • Skill in interpretation of analytical KPI data
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA highly regarded)
