Centre Administrator Opportunity
\Exceptions unavailable is a highly competitive role for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning. We are seeking a skilled Centre Administrator to oversee enrolments, manage compliance, and provide exceptional customer service to our families.\About the Role

- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor while maintaining confidentiality.\
- Conduct visitor tours, assist with child enrolments, and new team orientations.\
- Utilize Salesforce and Qikkids systems to manage parent accounts, monitor ongoing payments, and follow up as required.\
- Prioritize tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information according to company procedures.\
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure).\
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.\
- Available to work Monday to Friday.\

Skills and Qualifications Required

- High proficiency in the QikKids software system is desirable.\
- Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines.\
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite.\
- Highly organized with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.\
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations.\
- Current Working with Children's Check.\
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.\
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.\
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us).\
