About the Role:

We are seeking an Economic Planning Specialist to join our team at ESA. As an Economic Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for helping us develop and prioritize projects that drive sustainable community benefits. Your expertise in economic analysis and planning will be essential in shaping the future of our cities and regions.

Our team works closely with clients to develop policies and strategies, deliver feasibility studies, and business cases for infrastructure investments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and prioritizing projects that drive sustainable community benefits
  • Undertaking economic modelling and analysis to inform investment choices
  • Contributing to sustaining a positive culture within the team
  • Participating in tailored learning and development training opportunities
  • Working in a flexible environment across Home, Office, and Client hubs

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong background in economic analysis and planning
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, cost-benefit analysis, geospatial analysis, data visualisation, and/or model development
  • Passion for facilitating better community outcomes through enhanced infrastructure, assets, and places
