We're in a scale-up phase with significant growth ahead. We leverage the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating our own distinct offering and culture.
>This role works closely with agencies to leverage the Woolworths data offering and Cartology retail out of home network. You'll provide positive customer service, ensuring campaign objectives are met and revenue targets achieved.
>You'll play a critical role in supporting our ambition to become a tier 1 media business. This will involve unlocking the value of Cartology's unique data and effectiveness position.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
Job Description:
This is a Full time, Permanent opportunity with Cartology as a Digital Media Sales Director. The salary range for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Performance - Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
- Reporting - Developing robust quarterly/annual business and action plans
- Market Engagement and Sales Acumen - Engage agency teams on strategic issues and unlock opportunities to support their overall marketing objectives
- Internal Collaboration and Service - Partner with internal teams to develop the Cartology offering to better serve agency partnerships
- Team Leadership and Campaign Management - Manage direct reports and build a high-performance culture of collaboration and accountability
Requirements:
- Several years experience in advertising sales and/or relevant business development leadership function
- Knowledge of and existing relationships at senior level across media agencies
- Ability to develop strategic business plans to grow agency engagement to deliver strong revenue growth
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service
- Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
