Painting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Painting Professional to work on our vehicle coating team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Colour match vehicles after preparation and painting.
  • Develop and maintain a colour library.
  • Prepare, prime and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles.
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
  • Note any extra paint work required not quoted for.
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas.
  • Coach apprentices when required.
About You:
  • Trade qualified Painter.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Painter.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Be reliable, punctual & hardworking.
  • Own tools to fulfill the role.
