Financial Leadership Opportunity

The company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its end-to-end finance function, including group forecasting, reporting, and compliance. You will work directly with the Founders and Directors to provide strategic financial insights and support the company's expanding property funds and development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, cashflow reporting, and audit processes
  • Drive process and systems improvement initiatives across multiple business units
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined financial reporting and analysis
  • Manage financial planning, treasury, debt, and investor reporting across various projects
Requirements:
  • CA or CPA qualification with strong industry experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP financial systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
