Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Mobile Banker.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals and aspirations. As a Mobile Banker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building trusted relationships with our clients.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal will be to expand your portfolio of customers and continuously strive to build high-quality referral networks.

To succeed in this role, you must have established experience in Home / Mortgage Lending or Credit products. You should be self-motivated and dedicated to working in a highly autonomous role. Additionally, you should possess charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on our suite of Lending products, clearly articulating the features of each
  • Expand your portfolio of customers and continuously strive to build high-quality referral networks
  • Gauge and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to create business opportunities, referrals, and community presence
  • Support strategic initiatives designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and growth within your portfolio and region
  • Demonstrate and promote our core values, always focusing on delivering a professional, seamless, and efficient service to our customers
Requirements
  • Established, significant experience in Home / Mortgage Lending or Credit products
  • Self-motivation and dedication to work in a highly autonomous role
  • Charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
