We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Analyst to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity across our supply chain. If you have a knack for making processes smarter and smoother, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support claims processing, documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Analyse root causes of pricing or process variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline processes and enhance data accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience – ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
  • Procurement experience with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
  • Demonstrated process improvement capability – you can spot inefficiencies and make systems work better.
  • Root cause analysis skills – you know how to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
  • Familiarity with claims processes is ideal but not essential.
