Event Structure Technician

We are seeking a skilled Event Structure Technician to join our team for an exciting project in Perth.

About the Role:

  • This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to erect and dismantle tent structures and grandstands, including heavy lifting of steel and flooring.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are essential in this role, as you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You will communicate effectively with colleagues and management, maintaining a good command of the English language.

Requirements:

  • Availability from 15th to 30th July.
  • Previous experience in setting up events and metal structures is highly desirable.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads are essential requirements for this role.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) is necessary.
  • You must have excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
