About the Role
This is a remote work opportunity with a large Federal Government Department that provides services to improve the lives of Australians.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of time reporting to ensure the accuracy of reports submitted by providers.
- Be involved in planning as part of the program's creation and delivery, including interacting with stakeholders across the sector representing the department.
- Assist in preserving and improving relationships, discuss review outcomes with stakeholders, and compile review reports.
- Safeguard the integrity of the Commonwealth's expenditure and the accuracy of information published through the system.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
- Solid numerical analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to cultivate and manage strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed administrative, planning, and organisational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work within strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Commerce.
- CA/CPA Certification.
- AGSVA recognised Baseline security clearance.
