Disability Employment Transformation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
- Support participants to identify skills to become job ready through training and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
- Enhance employability through targeted interventions and support service referrals.
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
**Ideal Candidate**: We hire individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and empathetic towards those with disability, injury, and/or barriers to employment. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and can demonstrate composure and adaptability through the day-to-day challenges of the role.
