We are seeking an organised and highly skilled administration professional to be a vital contributor to our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process banking transactions, prepare policy documents, and facilitate effective communication with clients.
  • Coordinate invoices for renewals, endorsements, and new business, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
  • Lodge general insurance claims, prepare quotes for account managers, and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Manage debtors, facilitate payments with the accounts team, and ensure seamless financial processes.

In addition, you will:

  • Answer incoming reception calls, redirect enquiries to the appropriate representative, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Welcome visitors to the office, receive office deliveries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Work effectively as a team member of the Vic Branch Broking division, contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

You will need:

  • Relevant experience in a professional environment, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong initiative, integrity, and self-management skills to drive results and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a dynamic environment, with a focus on administration and customer service.
  • Business or administration qualifications, demonstrating expertise in relevant areas.
  • Literacy in technology and systems, particularly Microsoft Office, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
