About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Telstra. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
