**Job Title:** Travel Itinerary Assistant

Are you passionate about travel and organizational skills? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our team with travel itineraries and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage and upload travel itineraries for clients via the MTA Travel app\
  • Source images for itinerary design\
  • Liaise with Mobile Travel Advisors on a daily basis, both written and verbally\
  • Ensure high customer service standards\
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues\
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports\
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices\
  • Assist with other tasks as needed\

Requirements:

  • Travel industry experience or interest in travel (an advantage but not essential)\
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail\
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills\
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment\
