About the Position

We are seeking a subject matter expert to deliver best-in-class training experiences, facilitate large-audience events and maintain positive relationships with valued clients.

The senior trainer partners with stakeholders to craft and maintain a library of engaging content.

The role will suit those who enjoy working collaboratively, value live training and responding to client questions, and those who get excited about innovative approaches to crafting content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale learning experiences to train end users on getting the most out of our platform
  • Serve as the lead learning consultant for our region, managing and delivering engagements with major clients to help them drive adoption at scale
  • Craft and maintain content that demonstrates how to use our platform for practical and aspirational use cases
  • Partner with the training team on cross-functional projects to understand and propose solutions to client pain points and needs
  • Manage live training requests and partner with the team to improve processes and maintain systems that support the flow of training work

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of training experience with 3-5 SaaS/tech training experience; client-facing experience required
  • A strong grasp of adult learning principles and best practices to help create supportive and effective live training experiences
  • Excellent public speaking skills with an emphasis on combining compelling storytelling with effective technical training and demoing
  • Excellent project and relationship management skills to support account teams with client training opportunities
  • Strong consultative skills to determine client learning needs and recommend effective solutions to help them achieve their goals
