Dom's Motors, a family-owned dealership with over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team in Griffith.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who can demonstrate a good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair, strong organisation skills, high standards of professionalism and personal presentation, and excellent communication and people skills.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, coordinating repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs, communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, including repair orders, warranties, and customer information
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including Mazda, Subaru, and RAM Trucks
Requirements

  • A strong background in the automotive industry, preferably with experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role
