Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver L2 technical support and administration through the ITSM toolset within established service health indicators.
  • Conduct backup checks and system remediation.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in managing Identity Management Services.
  • Support the building and rebuilding of desktops and workstations.
  • Engage with third-party vendors as required.
  • Participate in client projects when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Current NV1 Security Clearance.
  • On-site presence is required.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., Engineering, ICT Certifications).
  • Experience in a customer-facing Service Desk environment (Level 2 IT Support).
  • ITIL Foundations V3 or V4 certification.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016/2019, networking, software and hardware, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere 6.7+.
  • Familiarity with Veeam Backup Solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Splunk.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Experience with Tenable Nessus.
