Senior Investment Change Specialist

This is a senior-level position focused on implementing change management strategies within the investments space. Reporting to a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering change activities that engage stakeholders, build adoption, and support successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans and activities
- Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness and drive adoption of new processes and systems
- Support communications, engagement, and training initiatives to ensure smooth transition
- Identify risks and resistance points, implementing strategies to mitigate them
- Provide clear reporting and updates on progress and outcomes
- Multiple years' experience in change management at a mid-senior level
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, APMG, etc.)
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Financial services or investment management experience highly regarded
- Experience supporting Portfolio Management System implementations desirable
