About the Role:
We are looking for experienced chefs who can independently prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries and tandoori items. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality and presentation meet the highest standards. Additional responsibilities include managing prep, portioning, and timely execution of orders for lunch and dinner services, maintaining stock control, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes, including meats, breads, and vegetarian options.
? Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes.
? Manage kitchen operations during service, including ordering supplies and inventory management.
